- Booking: We recommend that you secure your date at least 3-6 months in advance for peak season events (April-December). You can book a photo booth up to 48 hours before your event if we have your date and time available.
- Customization: Finalize template designs and custom features 2-3 weeks before your event
- Setup: We arrive 45-60 minutes before your selected start time
- Operation: Most popular during cocktail hour, after dinner, or during reception dancing
- Teardown: Takes approximately 30-45 minutes after your selected end time

- Approximately 10'x10' area (smaller options available upon request)
- Access to a standard electrical outlet within 25 feet
- Indoor location recommended (covered area with a flat stable surface is required for outdoor events)
- Ground-level access or elevator for equipment transportation

How many people can fit in a photo? Our standard booth can comfortably fit 6-8 people per photo.
How long does it take to get photos? Prints are delivered within seconds. Digital images are available in your online gallery within 48 hours after your event.
Can we create a custom template? Absolutely! We'll work with you to design a template that matches your event theme, colors, and branding.
Do you provide props? Yes! Each package includes a curated selection of quality props. We can also create custom props for an additional fee.
Is there a limit to the number of photos? No! All of our packages include unlimited photos and packages with prints are unlimited during your rental period as well.
What if we need to reschedule? Please refer to our contract for our rescheduling policy. We understand that circumstances change and will work with you when possible.
How far do you travel? We service events within a 30-mile radius of Republic, MO. We will travel further but additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond this area.
